Hi, I am Anisa and I am a native Albanian. I have been working as an English teacher for five years. I love teaching and I employ a student-centered approach in my work allowing learners freedom and putting their needs in the core of the curriculum.
I maintain that learning takes place in dynamic and positive environments where learners are engaged in hands-on activities. Therefore, I lean towards a holistic and active participation of learners in the given tasks.
I believe that my status as a teacher is defined not so much by the achievements or endeavors towards improvement, but from my love and passion for this profession, which on the other hand derive the positive attitude of mine and the persistence and patience to go through different tasks.
