I’m Chia-Fang Wu, from Taiwan and now residing in Finland with my cat. You can also call me Ulla, as it’s easier to be pronounced and remembered. I am a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, a PhD student, and a practitioner in service industry. As an introvert person with social anxiety, it is yoga helps me to open up myself and embrace the warmth of the world.
After the completion of 200-hour teacher training, I had educations in Vinyasa, Hatha yoga, and Yin yoga to go more in depth in my teaching . And this journey of learning continues.
