This Gentle Flow Yoga is suitable for everyone, especially for you if you would like to enjoy the flow gently, or if you just start doing yoga and wish to practice with a softer pace.
We will warm up properly and move into the flow. In each class you will learn some useful tips about how to release stiffness & tensions in the gentle flow.
